Ultrasound by appointment
A board certified ultrasound specialist can be called in to perform an ultrasound on your pet. These scans are further sent to specialists in the United States.
We maintain a complete inventory of pharmaceuticals, vitamins, nutritional supplements, and parasite preventatives (internal and external) for your pet.
Our in-house laboratory facility includes urinalysis and parasite testing. We also use commercial veterinary laboratories for specialized diagnostics as well as consultations.
We offer tattooing and microchip identification.
Individualized Flea Control Programs
We develop programs for the specific needs of your pet and your particular environmental situation. We will review with you the best ways to control or treat fleas in your home or on your pet.

We can provide advice regarding correcting such problems as excessive barking, chewing, digging, scratching, spraying, house soiling and aggression.
Pet boarding is available and are usually transferred to our other hospital, Lonsdale Pet Hospital in North Vancouver, for weekend or long-term care. Medications can be given if needed and we recommend that you supply their own food to prevent any dietary upset.
